Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Medical Affairs
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Medical Affairs Book of Work, ensuring operational
efficiency and tracking deliverables
Develop and oversee US Field Medical launch excellence framework
and processes
Provide operational management of field medical activity data and
reporting on key performance indicators
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience, with 3-5 years in the
pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
Prior field medical experience required
Data analytics experience is preferred
Extensive experience with Microsoft Applications (e.g., PowerPoint,
Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerBI)
MD, PhD, or PharmD, or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant
scientific or healthcare discipline required
