Job Description:

A company is looking for a Payments Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor billing KPIs and escalate anomalies to relevant teams
Investigate processing anomalies and collaborate with various departments
Document changes in payment flows and prepare data analysis for meetings

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a billing specialist or analyst in online payments
Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office software
Understanding of online payment funnels and flows
Basic knowledge of payment and transactional systems
Experience with Tableau or Grafana is a plus
