Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Director to lead
product management efforts for payment integrity offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with market
needs and company goals
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch product
enhancements and manage the go-to-market strategy
Coach and develop product management practices while ensuring
high-quality product releases
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or
related fields; MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or related
fields, with leadership experience in healthcare preferred
Demonstrated success in defining market strategies and leading
product development initiatives
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and working in a
matrixed organization
Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics and product
management principles
