Job Description:
A company is looking for a 3PL Fulfillment Manager to manage and
optimize end-to-end processes across all 3PL warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and return performance, ensuring efficiency in
operations
Oversee outbound performance and implement strategies for
continuous improvement
Develop and maintain commercial relationships with 3PLs and support
expansion efforts
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations
Knowledge of supply chain processes and shipping/logistics
Experience with operational efficiencies and automation
projects
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and pivot
tables
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Lucidchart, MS Access, and
SQL
