Job Description:
A company is looking for a Market Fulfillment Manager to manage
and optimize the fulfillment process within a designated market or
division.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment managers, buyers, and
project planners to achieve performance goals
Oversee daily operations of product fulfillment, including order
processing and inventory management
Continuously assess and improve fulfillment processes to enhance
efficiency and meet customer demands
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial
Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
preferred
5+ years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics
management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Extensive knowledge of the building material industry or
distribution
