You'll play a vital role in overseeing service functions, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, and exceeding production goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional service, this role is for you!SALARY:Year 1: up to $133,000.00 - $145,000.00 all in!YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
    • Executing strategic sales plans to meet monthly branch goals, provide customized action plans to motivate sales staff, and hold effective coaching sessions weekly.
    • Achieving, controlling, and monitoring the progress of the branch by meeting monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Providing direction and assigning tasks to service staff in their functional areas ensuring compliance, proper training, adherence to company policies, and safety.
    • Partnering with human resources to address team member relation issues including performance, attendance, talent acquisition, etc.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
      • High School diploma or equivalent.
      • Valid, Active Pest Control Branch II/III Licensing.
      • Valid drivers' license and be 21 years of age.
      • 3-5 years of management and/or sales experience.
      • Ability to work weekends and after hours.
      • Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening.
