The Procurement and Purchasing Manager plays a critical role at HACA. Working closely with leadership, the Manager is responsible for:

• Analyzing, planning, directing, and managing purchasing and procurement processes for services, materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Conducting outreach and formal bidding processes.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Establishing effective policies and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective department.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic leader with a service-driven approach, motivated by a dynamic work environment.
