Job Description:
A company is looking for a Market Development Manager to manage
the development and implementation of a Go-To-Market plan for a new
product introduction.
Key Responsibilities
Define, manage, and measure a direct Go-To-Market plan,
collaborating with marketing to identify target audiences and
generate demand
Develop and implement a channel partner strategy, recruiting and
onboarding new partners while nurturing relationships
Conduct routine sales data analysis and provide regular reports on
sales activities, partner performance, and program
effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Supply Chain,
or a related field
10+ years of experience in sales related to packaging, fulfillment,
and/or 3PL technology or services
5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management
Proven track record of driving revenue through direct and channel
partnerships
Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner
ecosystems
