Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards & HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation
and benefits programs
Oversee the HRIS implementation and optimization, ensuring
alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and manage a team of total rewards staff to execute
initiatives effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher education required or equivalent
experience
At least 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources,
with 3 years in people management
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee
Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred
3+ years experience with UKG/Ultimate/Ultipro software required
Experience managing benefits and compensation in coordination with
HRIS and Compensation Management Systems
