About the RoleDevices are a critical driver of Hinge Health's activation, engagement, retention, and pain reduction metrics, as they are one of the primary interaction points with the user.In this role, you will build and implement the vision for Hinge Health's entire hardware and devices portfolio. This will include transformative technologies, such as with our Enso pain relief product line, which delivers non-addictive, non-invasive pain relief to our members with chronic pain and encourages empowerment and recovery.You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders across HW engineering, SW engineering, and HW Ops, as well as design, clinical, coaching, commercial, and other PMs in R&D to deliver impactful solutions at scale. Collectively, you will iterate on the program design and innovate on the features and functionality required to improve member pain relief, engagement, and retention.What You'll Accomplish

• Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives.
• Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration. Mentor team members in the adoption of these best practices.
• Ship products within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales/marketing, and the clinical team throughout the whole process.
• Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team.
• Track usage analytics, and patient impact of launches.
• Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.
• The opportunity to mentor and/or manage a strong, growing team of PMs over time.Hinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management of connected hardware and technology products.
  • Hardware technical fluency; strong comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, experience evaluating tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members.
  • Demonstrated success in leading 0-to-1 development of products, especially in the healthcare space.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project-management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and experimental design skills.Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in a related functional area (e.g. hardware engineering, product design, etc.)
    • Experience building consumer technology products.CompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
