• Own the opportunity to get your foot in the door at a well-established corporation, with the likelihood of extension or conversion to full time employment (NextDeavor's conversion rate is approximately 70%!)Become a key player as a Product Manager 4:The Product Manager will own specific work streams as a part of a broader problem-solving process, identify the most relevant information (from across the Adobe functional & Product teams) required to test specific hypotheses, and synthesize the relevant information to build actionable recommendations to the business.Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:
  • Analyze business needs and provide creative solutions towards problem resolution. Identify the most relevant sources of data/information needed to address the key issues on a project.
  • Help develop compelling user stories that convey the relevant synthesized solutions and insights in a compelling manner to various internal stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements to functional specifications and coordinate with the development team for building product capabilities.
  • Call out key gaps in the current knowledge base and develop a plan to gather the most important information. Synthesize information across a wide variety of insight sources including: Adobe Cloud System, Product Systems, SAP ECC, Sales Force and MS-Dynamics, analytical systems (HANA, Databricks).Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience in cross functional environments, driving change, and excellent communication skills, including a strong ability to communicate effectively to executive and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience with SAP
    • Experience with HANA
    • Problem resolution skills
