• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; MBA strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience with progressive responsibility in sales and/or marketing related roles.
• At least 3 years' dedicated brand management expertise within relevant fields.Essential Skills Required for Success:
• Reimbursement Acumen: In-depth understanding of developing successful reimbursement frameworks tailored for healthcare products.
• Product Launch Market Access: Experience including strategy development, field sales engagement and hands-on support.
• Market Insight: Astute knowledge about navigating complex market dynamics specific to the US landscape particularly around regulatory pathways impacting drug/device commercialization efforts in California's unique marketplace.
