Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, AI to lead the
development of core AI/ML capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for integrating AI/ML
technology across the product portfolio
Lead the development of core AI/ML models and algorithms for
cybersecurity and observability use cases
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while
ensuring accountability for progress and business objectives
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge and proven track record in AI/ML technology,
including deep learning and natural language processing
Experience with Generative AI technology and Large Language Models
(LLM)
Experience managing machine learning teams of applied scientists
and engineers
Experience developing large-scale models and deploying them in
production systems
Familiarity with architectural patterns of large, high-scale
applications
