Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of product and content designers,
fostering a supportive environment
Oversee complex design initiatives and ensure timely delivery while
maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Research to
deliver cohesive product experiences
Required Qualifications
12+ years in product design with 5+ years of team management
experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
Expertise in interaction design, prototyping, content design, or
visual design
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and
influence product strategy
Experience leading design for tools targeted at software
development roles is ideal
A natural mentor with a talent for developing diverse,
high-performing teams
