Job Description:

A company is looking for a Vice President of Middle Market Property Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

Drive a property business pipeline while considering the company's CAT appetite
Facilitate growth of the property book and deliver a scalable property process platform
Train and coach underwriters, while managing CAT exposure and communicating market trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or related experience
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in property underwriting
Strong understanding of property market dynamics and reinsurance
Experience in developing underwriting guidelines and pricing tools
Proven track record in managing data accuracy and CAT exposure
