Job Description:
A company is looking for a Therapy Manager, Behavioral
Health.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical documentation and ensure adherence to
evidence-based protocols
Manage clinician performance, addressing quality concerns and
implementing improvement plans
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and training for therapy clinicians
while providing clinical care as needed
Required Qualifications:
At least three years of clinical experience as a Masters Level
Therapist or Psychologist post-licensure
Minimum of two years of healthcare people management experience,
with five years preferred
Licensed provider in good standing with state board(s) and active
license in home state
Demonstrated high quality and strong performance in clinical
practice
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with patients,
clinicians, and leadership
