Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Medical Director, Global
Medical Strategy Franchise Lead (MD) in Psychiatry / CNS.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the strategic vision for assigned assets in
alignment with the therapeutic strategy
Lead and manage a team, ensuring the execution of US and Global
medical affairs plans
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and
stakeholders in the Psychiatry / CNS field
Required Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MD), PhD, or PharmD with significant experience in
Psychiatry / CNS
Experience in both US and Global Medical Affairs
Minimum of 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 3
years in leadership roles
Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and product
launch experience preferred
Knowledge of applicable US regulations and the healthcare
landscape
