Key Responsibilities
Create and optimize paid channel strategies for multiple brands
Manage monthly paid ad budget and make re-allocation decisions
based on business trends
Build cross-department relationships and collaborate on campaign
performance and insights
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in digital acquisition, performance
marketing, or growth marketing
High proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business
Manager, and other ad platforms
Proven analytical ability to derive actionable insights from
data
Strong understanding of A/B testing and implementation
strategies
Experience in identifying target audiences and creating engaging
digital campaigns
