in small packages.Position Summary The ideal applicant will be
based in Northern California and reporting to our San Jose, CA
office.?The primary responsibility for this position is to provide
technical support and, prepare and present product presentations
alongside US Sales, and customers. Coordinate and provide support
for technical inquiries working with Japanese and US Engineering
teams. This position will report to the Regional Sales
Manager.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES-- Identify and build
relationships with targeted list of accounts -- Develop strategies
and direct sales activities towards selected target accounts --
Create and deliver customized product presentations -- Direct
selling strategy on key opportunities, including pricing, service,
investment, risk, scheduling, and technical issues to achieve
successful design wins -- Monitor the supply chain of products and
identify growth and future needs of customers -- Meet established
sales account goals within an assigned territory -- Comply with
established Hirose sales policies, pricing guidelines, and best
practices Additional duties:-- Excellent verbal and written
communication with all departments and customers -- Excellent
presentation skills for both internal and customer meetings --
Proactive, creative and a sense of urgency in response to customer
requests Hirose is excited to offer the following during

completion of your training for the Associate Business Development

Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Outlook -- BSEE is preferred. -- Must possess a clear and valid
driver's license -- Must be authorized to work in the US without
visa sponsorship now or in the future -- 30% travel required for
customer needs . Minimum of 1 year work experience in Sales
(preferred but not necessarily) SUPERVISIONNone PHYSICAL
