Summary:We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Consumer Growth,
to lead strategic initiatives that drive user acquisition,
onboarding, activation and retention. In this role, you will own
the end-to-end consumer journey from signup to early engagement,
focusing on optimizing conversion funnels, personalizing
experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate
growth. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design,
data science and marketing teams to enhance the PayPal experience
and grow our global consumer base.Your day to day:
- Define and execute the consumer growth strategy, identifying
opportunities to improve signup, onboarding, and activation
experiences.
- Own and optimize conversion funnels, A/B testing hypotheses to
improve activation and engagement metrics.
- Leverage data analytics, user research, and experimentation to
uncover friction points and enhance the consumer journey.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to
build seamless, intuitive experiences that drive growth.
- Develop KPIs and key success metrics for growth initiatives,
continuously monitoring performance and iterating for
improvements.
- Advocate for a customer-first mindset by understanding user
needs and pain points, ensuring solutions are scalable and
impactful.
- Partner with risk, identity, and compliance teams to ensure new
users are authenticated, regulatory requirements are met, and bad
actors are kept off the platform.What do you need to bring:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in
consumer growth, fintech, e-commerce, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth through
data-driven product strategies and experimentation.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing
frameworks and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile
environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with
the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, onboarding, engagement,
and retention best practices.
- Experience working with machine learning, personalization, or
