Summary:What you need to know about the role:We are seeking an
energetic and innovative professional to join our Enterprise
Planning team, covering the entire organization, including Venmo,
Braintree, and Honey. The position is highly visible within the
organization, as our clients are senior executives throughout the
global organization and the team's leadership directly supports the
CTO.Meet our team:The team drives PayPal's enterprise planning
process and helps leadership make the big decisions that will guide

- World-class strategic and analytical thinking, with a
demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple sources of information
(quantitative and qualitative) to solve complex problems in a
structured, data-driven way
- Leadership experience in, or providing strategic advice to,
complex global organizations
- End-to-end management of complex, multi-faceted projects (e.g.,
scoping, deliverables, team)
- Superior communication (verbal, prose, PowerPoint) and
influencing skills
- Track record of delivering tangible results

day-to-day:
- Process optimization: Support the optimization of PayPal's
enterprise planning process
- Project management and execution: Manage strategic projects
end-to-end, delivering actionable recommendations for key clients.
Coordinate execution of recommendations with key stakeholders as
needed
- Research & analysis: Conduct and/or lead key qualitative (e.g.,
primary research, synthesis of secondary data sources) and
quantitative (e.g., Excel modeling) analysis in support of
deliverables
- Thought leadership: Support PayPal's Product & Technology
leadership by developing and articulating opportunities to improve
key product development processes
- Mentorship and team development: Provide coaching and
professional mentorship/development to junior team members
- Cross-functional collaboration: Support the long-term
enterprise planning process across the broader PayPal organization,
securing alignment across a multitude of stakeholders including
Product, Finance, Strategy, and Technology PlatformsWhat do you
need to bring:
- -4-6 years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm
and/or corporate strategy team post-graduate school or 6-10 years
of experience without graduate school
- MBA or quantitative degree from a top school preferred
- Experience in Software Development, with financial services
(particularly payments) and/or e-commerce experience preferred
- Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility
