Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager to oversee
project execution and ensure customer satisfaction in life sciences
research.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the implementation of solutions, ensuring timely and
budget-compliant project delivery
Act as the primary contact for customers, facilitating
collaboration with Bioinformaticians and IT teams
Contribute to the development of implementation methodologies and
resolve project issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Degree in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Bioengineering,
Computational Biology, or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years in a customer-facing role related to
implementation or solution delivery
Proven experience managing complex technical projects
effectively
Familiarity with workflow management languages and cloud platforms
(e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with research-oriented software products in the life
sciences field
