Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President Of DevOps & Software
Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Software/QA engineers and DevOps
Engineers while fostering collaboration
Develop and implement strategic plans in partnership with the
executive team to align with business goals
Oversee the DevOps Center of Excellence, ensuring best practices
and compliance in cloud infrastructure and automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
15+ years of experience in Software Engineering and DevOps, with at
least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven leadership experience managing globally distributed
engineering teams
Robust background in programming and experience in developing demos
and POCs
Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate industry trends
effectively
