Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Portfolio & Category
Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Establish strategic direction for the portfolio and lead the
development of the Category Management Toolkit
Manage and develop team members responsible for analytics,
insights, and customer development
Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing to create category
narratives and drive growth strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience in category,
sales, analytics, marketing, or a related field preferred
4+ years of experience in managing and developing talent
Experience in the CPG industry, with a focus on Category or
Portfolio
Ability to work across multiple data sources and influence
decision-making
High proficiency in interpreting syndicated data and customer
metrics
