Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to
measure and enhance global sales enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize the Kirkpatrick model for evaluating the impact of sales
enablement programs and develop reporting strategies
Implement tracking systems across various platforms to monitor
engagement and completion rates, presenting unified reports
Manage the sales enablement calendar and coordinate enablement
projects, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Proven experience in sales enablement, marketing operations, or a
similar role
Strong understanding of the Kirkpatrick model and experience in a
SaaS environment
Experience with various sales and learning operations platforms,
including LMS, CMS, and CRM
Strong analytical and project management skills with proficiency in
data analysis and reporting
