Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Design to lead
design initiatives across product, marketing, and brand teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive design strategy aligned with
the company's vision for an AI-enhanced learning platform
Lead the integration of AI-driven design elements and advocate for
user-centric experience design
Build and mentor a high-performing design team while fostering
cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a
related field
10+ years of experience in design leadership roles with a strong
portfolio in tech or digital learning platforms
Deep expertise in UX/UI design, visual design, and design
systems
Proficiency in leveraging data and AI tools for design
decisions
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
