Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Team Member Insights to
guide the execution of the Team Member Insights program.
Key Responsibilities
Create and enhance the team member experience through hiring,
training, and coaching
Manage survey technology to collect and analyze team member
insights, ensuring feedback leads to actionable outcomes
Prepare and present survey results, create training materials, and
support stakeholders with survey-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of survey/insights experience, preferably in a corporate
setting, or a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Proficiency in survey methods and creating summary reports from
quantitative and qualitative data
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive
experience with survey tools, especially Qualtrics
Ability to manage confidential information and demonstrate strong
organizational skills
Valid driver's license required
