Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to manage client
relationships and provide compensation expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with compensation leadership and HR business partners to
manage client relationships
Provide guidance on compensation recommendations, conduct job
evaluations, and participate in salary surveys
Lead projects related to compensation structure management and pay
transparency initiatives
Required Qualifications
Five years of professional compensation experience
Experience managing benefits programs
Proficiency in analytics and presentation tools, including Excel
and PowerPoint
Experience developing and implementing global compensation
programs
Knowledge of global compensation plans, laws, and regulations
