Job Description:
A company is looking for a Study Contract Manager responsible
for negotiating and managing contracts and budgets in clinical
trials.
Key Responsibilities
Adapt global agreement templates to local requirements and
negotiate clinical site budgets
Maintain the status of agreements, budgets, and communications
throughout the study
Ensure compliance with company policies and support audit
activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life
science, law, or finance
Minimum of 2 years of experience negotiating industry contracts
Knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP and local
regulations
Basic understanding of the drug development process and clinical
study management
Experience with contract negotiation platforms is desirable
