Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Education.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the customer education team, managing webinars,
instructional design, and knowledge-based content
Develop and execute comprehensive customer education programs to
enhance product adoption and success
Create and maintain an online customer community for peer-to-peer
knowledge sharing and support
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree, preferably in Business, Communication, or
Education
8+ years of experience in a customer experience role in a SaaS
environment
Understanding of customer education principles and online community
platforms
Experience with learning management systems and customer education
content creation
Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities
