  • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for the core platform
  • Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers
  • Drive product strategy and execution in a high-growth environment
  • Maintain high-touch relationships with key enterprise customers
  • Collaborate with sales to support and enhance go-to-market motion
  • Define and execute product roadmap aligned with 300-400% growth targets
  • Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure successful product launches and continuous improvementRequired Experience
    • 5+ years in product management
    • 2+ years managing Product Managers
    • Strong background in growth-stage startups
    • Experience in high-touch B2B sales environments
    • Track record of scaling enterprise products
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA a plus)Ideal Background
      • Prior success scaling products from early adoption to broad market acceptance
      • Experience at companies during crucial growth phases (Series A-C)
      • Background in go-to-market or enterprise sales
      • History of supporting and empowering sales motions
      • Track record of spending significant time (1/3-1/2) with customers
      • Experience transforming customer insights into scalable featuresWhat Success Looks LikeIn your first year, you will:
