Job Description:

A company is looking for a Papiamentu Transcription Team Manager to oversee a team of transcribers while contributing to technology research.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor team progress and ensure timely project completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Provide support and troubleshoot issues reported by transcribers

Required Qualifications

Full proficiency in the Papiamentu language
Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, Transcription, or localization
Proficiency in computer skills on both MAC and PC platforms
Ability to onboard within two weeks
Experience using Upwork is preferred
