Job Description:

Station West HOA in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance for multi-unit housing. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for facility maintenance. This role will involve general repairs - plumming, dry-wall, painting, carpentry. Also included in this job - preventative maintenance, quality control inspections, managing installation and inspections, and overseeing vendors. This is an on-call position. Emergency calls after hours will include overtime pay. Basic Duties Drywall/plaster repair and painting Changing lights and/or fixtures Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation Carpentry repairs and installations Minor repair of electrical devices Facilities safety inspections Concrete inspections and repairs Grounds and security maintenance (fencing, gate, etc.) 24 Hr. on call for emergency situations Expectations Able to manage time efficiently Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe, working order Adhere to all safety requirements and wear proper Personal Protective Equipment Demonstrate a high level of cooperation Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 3-5 years facility maintenance experience Plumbing experience Carpentry experience Valid state Driver's License The ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds This is an in-person position located in Walnut Creek, CA 94597. The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
