A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, In-Product
Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and optimization of in-product experiences to
enhance user engagement and product adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized
engagement systems powered by data insights
Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and inform
product roadmap adjustments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management focused on user
engagement or product help systems
Proven success in managing product engagement tools and interactive
features within software products
Strong experience in using data and analytics to inform product
decisions and engagement strategies
Technical skills to link architectural decisions to business
impacts
Preferred experience with Pendo for telemetry and in-product
engagement solutions
