A company is looking for a Director of Global Sales Development to lead and optimize their sales development team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound sales development strategies to drive pipeline growth
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with company goals
Oversee team performance, coaching, and onboarding processes for Sales Development Representatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
3+ years of management experience in B2B SaaS Sales
Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals
Experience with lead funnel management across various channels
In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM platforms
