Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Product to drive
the evolution of its product offering in the healthcare
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and execute the company's product roadmap aligned with
business objectives and client experience
Define and communicate a unified product vision and strategy
focused on the patient/member journey
Recruit and develop a high-performing team of product managers and
designers to scale with the company
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience in building consumer-focused technology
products, preferably in healthcare technology
Experience with hyper-growth businesses and managing product
development lifecycles
Proven track record of leading and scaling product and design
teams
Ability to balance company strategy with market needs to create a
compelling product vision
Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely
delivery and accountability
