Job Description:

Salary range: $145,000 - $175,000 annuallyKey Responsibilities:

• Lead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
• Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
• Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
• Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
• Identify the root cause and create an overall plan for process improvement instead of only fixing identified issues
• Resolve customer support issues
• Set up training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
• Interface with other departments and customers
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Be a good problem solver
• Manage multiple projectsMinimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar professional fields
  • Minimum 5 years of MIS/Software team management experience
  • Minimum 8 years of database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP
  • Strong leadership in managing and coaching the team
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Database
  • Experience working in a rapid development environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Deployment and development experience in SAP is a plusBenefits:
