A company is looking for a Launch Manager to join their marketing operations team.



Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of orchestration for the incident management process, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
Coordinate and manage the resolution of incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution
Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of relevant experience in project management, incident management, operations, or business planning in the enterprise technology industry
Demonstrated ability as a project manager who can prioritize multiple activities
Knowledge of and experience with artificial intelligence (AI) agents, including design, development, training, and implementation
Experience working with product and services catalogs and related systems
