Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Talent Management teams to assess technology needs
and identify improvement opportunities
Lead the selection and deployment of new HR technology solutions,
including change management and training
Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of talent
management technologies and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with talent management strategies
and program delivery
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse
teams and projects
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience in change management processes and stakeholder
engagement
