Key Responsibilities
Develop software products and solutions, providing guidance and
technical support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project
requirements and ensure successful delivery
Support the professional growth of less experienced team
members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6+ years of experience with CyberLife life insurance product
Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including COBOL, VSAM, JCL,
REXX, and CICS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent experience
Proven experience working within Agile teams
Familiarity with software development methodologies and best
practices
