A company is looking for an Analyst / Technical Writer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Develop project-level communications artifacts, including reports and meeting minutes
Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring quality and consistency
Conduct communications gap analysis and enhance current communication strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of relevant experience
US Citizenship with the ability to attain DHS Suitability
Experience with the ServiceNow platform and ticketing process
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
