Together, our values ensure that we work together as one global team with our customers at the center of everything we do - and they push us to ensure we take care of ourselves, each other, and our communities.Job Description Summary:Manager 2, NA SMB Growth Initiatives, reporting to the VP, NA SMB Growth is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the North America SMB organization. This role will set up scalable, repeatable, predictable processes, working horizontally across the organization to deliver on key objectives, such as reducing SMB churn & decline, increasing engagement with existing SMBs, and migrating SMBs to updated integrations to access our latest features.Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of product strategy and economics, including P&L management
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and navigate commercial challenges
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Experience building and managing relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and using analytics tools to drive strategic decisions
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution in a highly matrixed global organization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and driveResponsibilities:
    • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable, and predictable processes to support SMB growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and product, to drive strategic initiatives
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative insights to provide recommendations to senior leadership on new initiatives and SMB growth strategies
    • Define strategic priorities by conducting analyses that inform go-to-market plans, product roadmaps, and resource allocation
    • Lead critical cross-functional projects, building business cases for initiatives and driving them from conception to completion
    • Identify and execute growth opportunities through experiments and data-driven optimizations to enhance SMB engagement and retention
