The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Palo Alto Networks' Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Advanced Threat Prevention, WildFire, and DNS Security. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Palo Alto's cloud solutions, including Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Access, and Prisma Cloud, which provide secure access service edge (SASE) capabilities and cloud-delivered security. A PCNSE (Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) certification is required.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for pre-sales activities, including complex product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance network security.
• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated solutions for the required solution or proposed solution sets.
• Oversee Prisma Cloud deployments to ensure comprehensive cloud security.
• Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Design and implement secure network architectures using Prisma SD-WAN.
• Implement Advanced Threat Prevention measures to protect against emerging cyber threats.
• Utilize WildFire for advanced malware analysis and prevention.
• Manage and configure DNS Security to safeguard against DNS-based threats.
• Deploy and manage Prisma Access for secure remote access solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization where required.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles for advanced technical issues.
• Mentor and train support staff.Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in configuring and managing Palo Alto Networks and other network security platforms and tools.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and advanced networking concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex tasks and projects.
• Primarily Remote but may require occasional travel.
