YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...Pure Storage is actively seeking an
innovative Product Manager with a focus on Business Intelligence
(BI) to join our expanding team.In this pivotal role, you will be
responsible for driving product vision, roadmap and strategy for
our reporting capabilities; leveraging data from across the company
to tell end-to-end data stories that provide critical
decision-making insights to our leaders.Specific responsibilities
include:
- Drive and own the product vision for reporting including
standardization of templates, dashboards, data visualization and
impact measurement frameworks
- Establish a clear and consistent methodology for reporting out
success across Product Management & Digital Transformation Group
(DTG) initiatives
- Evangelize your product vision to cross-functional teams and
stakeholders, ensuring that it aligns with company goals
- Own the measures used to define success of your product
capabilities, defined at inception and tracked throughout the
product life cycle
- Own product requirements, specifications, and quarterly release
plans aligned with SAFe agile methodologies
- Own cohesive end-to-end reporting that supports Lead to Order,
Order to Cash, Customer Experience and Partner
- Assist Data Platform team on ensuring infrastructure product
requirements meet the reporting needs of the business
consumers
- Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders from across
the company to understand reporting needs
- Ensure BI product adoption through close partnership with
business stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative cross BI team environment to breakdown
siloed reporting practices & principles
- Continuously build and develop best practices by monitoring
industry trends & innovation opportunitiesResponsibilities
- 3-5+ years of technical/functional experience within
sales/go-to-market consulting, product management, or business
development
- 3-5+ years of BI experience focused on data visualization /
reporting, data infrastructure and analysis
- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong
presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience in delivering products using agile methodology
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end
lifecycle of key business processes, such as Lead to Order, Order
to Cash, Customer Experience and Partner, is highly valued for this
position
- Strong knowledge in data, analytics, and the enablement of
online platforms or services, including expertise with SQL
- Extensive BI Platform experience required. Ideally Tableau or
related product (Looker, PowerBI, etc)
- Proven ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and
non-technical partners and to influence, collaborate, and deliver
solutions in a complex, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of
effectively managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- An independent and creative thinker with demonstrated capacity
to innovate, influence, and execute
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering,
Computer and Information Systems or relevant experiencePay RangeUSD

determined based on role, level and location. This role may be
