Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of 10-12 contracts professionals and manage order
processing
Develop and implement a training program for new college
graduates
Manage the Quoting and Order management team, ensuring compliance
with policies and customer specifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant contracts
experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of experience, or 10
years of experience in lieu of a degree
Proficient in using PeopleSoft or similar contract management
systems
Knowledgeable in FAR, DFAR, and CAS regulations
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc.)
