Job Description:
A company is looking for a Management Company Controller.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Management Company Accounting team
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial
statements
Establish accounting policies and manage day-to-day operational
needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a
Controller or Director of Accounting
Proven record of success at a top-tier accounting firm
Experience with corporate tax compliance and ERP systems
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and integrity in meeting
deadlines
Four-year degree in accounting and CPA; Master's degree
preferred
