A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Creative - Art to
lead the visual direction of key projects within their creative
team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the visual development and execution of creative concepts
across various media
Collaborate with team members to craft integrated creative
solutions aligned with client goals
Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high
standards of quality and innovation
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 2 years in a
senior or leadership role
Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in creative projects across
various mediums
Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for typography,
composition, and visual storytelling
Experience mentoring junior designers and providing constructive
feedback
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools
