Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Industry Relations
to manage client relationships and program development
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage client relationships, acting as the primary contact
for program services and operational issues
Develop and oversee program implementation, ensuring business needs
are met and projects are completed on time
Analyze program processes to recommend improvements and manage
project development from initiation to closure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
Healthcare, or a related field (required); advanced degree
preferred
5-7 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
4 years of experience in account management within a healthcare
context
Experience with third-party vendors and managing contractual
agreements
Proven track record of managing projects and preparing
client-facing presentations
