backed by AM-best-rated insurers.Role Overview:Protecht seeks a
versatile Marketing Manager with a unique blend of marketing
strategy development, content creation, and campaign management
skills to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This is a unique
opportunity to be a one-person marketing powerhouse, shaping
impactful campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and
revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creation & Management:
- Collaborate with the GTM team to design and implement
end-to-end marketing campaigns that support new feature launches,
customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Plan, create, and execute digital and email campaigns aligned
with business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and
report on ROI.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer
Success teams to gather insights and tailor campaigns for maximum
impact.
- Manage marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring
timely delivery and alignment with GTM priorities. These will
include but are not limited to - promotional events (conferences,
partner events, industry events, networking opportunities, etc.),
product launches, newsletters etc.
- Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write compelling copy for digital ads, social media posts,
email marketing, event marketing, and blog content.
- Develop messaging that effectively communicates our value
proposition and resonates with our target audience.
- Produce client success stories & manage press releases when new
clients go live on our platform.
- Support the conceptualization and design of internal and
external marketing collateral, including writing copy for digital
marketing, and other creative content.
- Support production of client-facing presentations, including
graphic design leadership, content development sessions, and
coordination with technical or other communications staff.
- Maintain version control of presentations by ICP and prospect
size.
- Visual Design Implementation:
- Partner with our UI engineer to design eye-catching graphics
and visuals for digital and print materials, including social media
assets, email templates, landing pages, proposals, and
presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience
preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities and report findings
to the GTM team.Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio in
campaign management, design and copywriting.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative
Suite, Canva)
- Hubspot experience a big plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics
platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-starter environment and
handle multiple projects independently.
- This is a remote position. Travel to Protecht Hubs in Phoenix,
San Francisco, Denver, Los Angeles, Austin, or Chicago may be
