Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Associate, Project Manager for
the R&D team.
Key Responsibilities
Map development paths, track deliverables, and manage timelines for
product development
Document decisions and identify gaps in the project process
Ensure resources are provided to contract manufacturers and team
members for successful product launches
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years in project management, product development, or a related
field; CPG experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and
external partners
Detail-oriented with a focus on accountability among team
members
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
